As a Tour Developer and Chaperone for Wagner Tours, Samantha Wagner has led American participants through immersive cultural exchange programs in Brazil, designing and managing comprehensive itineraries that provide enriching travel experiences.

 

With expertise in logistics, volunteer coordination, and guest services, Samantha thrives in fast-paced environments that demand strong leadership and attention to detail.

 

Fluent in English and proficient in Portuguese and Spanish, she effectively bridges cultural gaps while ensuring seamless event execution. Her passion for travel, hospitality, and international experiences continues to drive her work in creating unforgettable moments for clients worldwide.

Samantha has strong background in event management, tourism, and cultural exchange. She holds a Master’s in Hospitality Management with a concentration in Mega Event Management from Florida International University. Samantha has played a key role in coordinating large-scale events, including the South Beach Wine & Food Festival.

Samantha currently works as a Workforce Coordinator for FIFA World Cup 2026.

With a passion for experiential travel and cultural exchange, Bob Wagner has been organizing immersive tours and international programs since 2010. As the founder of Wagner Tours, he has facilitated transformative travel experiences for over 200 participants, fostering cultural connections between the United States and Brazil.

Bob has successfully developed and managed various specialized tours, including the FIFA World Cup 2014 Brazil Experience, where he coordinated tickets, travel and accommodations for multiple families to Natal and Recife, Brazil.

 

He has expanded his offerings with a Manaus, Brazil Amazon Tour, bringing travelers deep into the heart of the Amazon rainforest.

With expertise in itinerary development, logistics management, and cross-cultural collaboration, Bob continues to create meaningful and unforgettable travel experiences for adventurers worldwide.

Max Wagner is an experienced tour operator and cultural liaison specializing in immersive travel experiences between the United States and Brazil. Since 2018, he has played a key role in planning and managing cultural and educational tours through Wagner Tours, leading  Americans on transformative trips to Natal, Brazil. His expertise extends to language instruction, where he has helped travelers enhance their Portuguese skills for deeper engagement. With a strong foundation in hospitality and business information systems, Max combines logistical precision with a passion for cultural exchange.

Beyond tourism, Max has gained extensive experience in event operations, working as a Technical Coordinator for the South Beach Wine and Food Festival. In this role, he managed data for over 1,500 student volunteers, coordinated event logistics, and ensured seamless operations. Fluent in English and proficient in Portuguese and Spanish, he thrives in dynamic, multicultural environments.

Max graduated from Florida International University, Summa Cum Laude, as part of the Honors College. He is currently working to develop programs with Wagner Experience.
